Röwer & Rüb developed a hot-dip galvanised steel structure, which shaped like gallows, roofs over the
walking area of the horses. This guarantees that the horsewalker can be used independent of the weather.
The diameter of a facility can be established and constructed on an individual basis.
The following sizes can be offered as standard versions:
- 13 metres
- 15 metres
- 18 metres
- 20 metres
- 23 metres
Snow load: Up to 1.3 KN/ m²
The regional provisions for the calculation of the statics will be taken into consideration for every building project!
- Snow load zones in Germany according to DIN 1055-5
- Wind load zones in Germany according to DIN 1055-4:2005-03
The construction of a partial roof is also suitable for subsequent
erection above an existing horsewalker.
An eaves height of approximately 2.60 m provides for adequate freedom of movement.
For the safety of horses, supports are made of tubular sections.
