Heating unit model 303

• To keep water free from frost in insulated ring lines D3850(R ½“ oder R ¾“) which are maximally 200 m long
• The heating unit is equipped with a 3000 W heating rod and was espßecially developed  for installation in outdoor climate stables
• Animals are reliably supplied with water also in case of temperatures below zero
• The heating unit is thermostat-controlled and it is protected against overheating  . The required return temperature can be set with a control dial at the device. 
• The casing of high-quality cast iron is entirely enamelled
• Equipped with a circulation pump and mounted on a base plate ready for connection.

• The scope of delivery includes a ventilation valve, a pressure relief valve, a non-return valve and a non-return flap.

• Provides frost-protected water in insulated water circuits (¾" or 1" pipe) for circuit length max. 250 m
• Heating unit Model 311 is equipped with one 3000 W, 400 V heating element
• Cage of heating element in premium cast iron, completely enamelled
• Equipped with a high-capacity circulation pump (230 V, 400 W), all components are pre-mounted on a plate
• With return flow temperature control: Desired temperature of return flow water is regulated by a sensor mounted on the return flow pipe. If return flow water temperature is lower than the adjusted value, the heating element will be automatically switched on.
• Heating element is thermostatically controlled and equipped with an overheating protection (STC)
• Scope of delivery includes vent-valve, pressure relief valve, non-return valve, and non-return flap
• Two residual-current devices 30mA have to be provided by the customer. They serve to secure the pump and the heating element in a separated way.
