In the case of direct or indirect references to other websites ("hyperlinks") for which the author is not responsible, the author will only be liable to the extent that he is aware of the content and it is technically feasible and reasonable for him to prevent the use of illegal content.
The author herewith expressly declares that, at the time of the establishment of the links, no illegal content was able to be discerned on the pages which were to be linked.
